Terms of Service
These terms are written in plain language. By using StreamScribe, you agree to them. If you have questions, reach out at [email protected].
01
Accuracy of Transcriptions and Notes
StreamScribe uses AI to transcribe audio and generate structured notes. This technology is helpful but not perfect — transcriptions and notes may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
You are responsible for reviewing all output for accuracy before relying on it. StreamScribe is not liable for any errors in transcriptions or notes, or for any consequences arising from their use.
02
Personal Use Only
StreamScribe is designed for personal, non-commercial use. Notes and transcriptions generated by StreamScribe are for your own reference and should not be distributed, published, or shared with others.
03
Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You may only upload or stream audio and video content that you have the legal right to use. By submitting content to StreamScribe, you confirm that you own it or have appropriate permission to process it, and that doing so does not violate any copyright, terms of service, or other agreement.
StreamScribe takes no responsibility for how you source the content you submit. Any legal obligations related to the content you upload remain entirely with you.
04
No Warranty
StreamScribe is provided as-is, without any guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no promises about uptime or the quality of generated output.
05
Limitation of Liability
StreamScribe and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential harm resulting from your use of the service — including errors in transcriptions or notes, misuse of generated content, or any copyright or terms-of-service violations on your part.
06
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of StreamScribe after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
